Deadlines depend on the university, program, and intake. Because document legalization and visa processing take time, we recommend starting 4–6 months before your preferred start date. Admissions Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Applicants
Required Documents
- Secondary education diploma legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country and the Bulgarian Embassy/Consulate.
- Official document from the competent authority confirming your right to continue education at university level in the country where you completed secondary school.
- Copy of a valid passport.
- Four (4) recent passport-size photos.
- Completed application form (biographical details, full address, phone number, and chosen program/specialty).
- Power of Attorney (POA) certified by the Bulgarian Embassy/Consulate.
Application Process
- Prepare your documents and complete legalization in your home country.
- Send the full set to Masar Education via a trusted international courier.
- Our Bulgaria team submits your application and follows up with the university.
- After approval, we provide your official acceptance letter.
- We guide you through the student visa steps and required paperwork.
- Once you arrive in Bulgaria, we support you with airport pickup, settling in, and orientation.
Master’s Degree Applicants
Required Documents
